We are back! From the bottom of our geeky hearts, we apologize for our prolonged absence, but we are now back in action!
For the latest episode of the podcast, we sit down with Jared Rigsby for part 1 of "The Sequel Was Better". We talk about certain instances in cinematic history where, you guessed it, the sequel was better than the original. Of course, much to do with movies is subjective, so we do the best we can to discuss films where the overwhelming majority of movie-goers think the sophomore attempt showed an increase in quality.
Please don't forget to leave us a rating and/or review wherever you download your podcasts! It goes a long way to help out our little show, and not to mention it's the cheapest way to support us!

We're back! In today's episode, my good friends Mark Conwell and Jared Rigsby join me to discuss the much anticipated Avengers: Inifnity War. I'll go ahead and throw this out there: **SPOILER ALERT AHEAD!**
During segment one, we each talk about our overall thoughts and feelings on the film, what we did/didn't like about it, and give a letter grade for the movie.
During segment two, we had more of a free-wheeling discussion about Inifinity War. We touched on a few things such as what we thought about Thanos as a villian, how well the Russo brothers balanced out the huge ensemble cast, and our favorite fight scenes.
And for segment three, we threw out some of our predictions on where we think the MCU will go from here, how they'll wrap up Phase 3, and what we might expect after that.

In our very first episode of 2018, David sits down to talk with James David West and Erin Greene, local actors in the Nashville area. They give us a rundown of what it's like to be a small-time actor/actress. They tell us how they got their start in the local acting world, and some of the productions they've recently been in. Then we dive a little deeper to see what kind of challenges they've faced in the acting world, and learn a little bit about their "process" (i.e. how they get ready for a new role). Finally, they dish out a few pearls of wisdom to you listeners that might be interested in or currently pursuing a career in acting.

Hello! Today we welcome back Jaime Bruder and Catie Fenley (featured on Episode #14), to discuss HBO Original Series. We broke this episode into 3 segments:
Segment 1 (4:03): We discuss the "special sauce" the HBO uses for its original series to make them so great.
Segment 2 (15:30): We throw out our top 3 favorite series, as well as some of our honorable mentions.
Segment 3 (51:10): We wrap up the episode by "pitching" a series that one of us hasn't seen before. Catie pitches The Sopranos to David, David pitches Six Feet Under to Jaime, and Jaime pitches Girls to...well...basically you guys, since all three of us have already seen the show.
